Chris Ford

Chris Ford has a wide range of both practical and theoretical knowledge gained from various studies including, BA Business Economics, Chartered Institute Management Accountancy (CIMA) and a recent Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He has been able to implement many modern practices throughout his time as well as provide strategic direction and comprehensive business planning.

Chris joined the company in 2007, where he started as a Finance Administrator before being promoted to Finance Team Leader. Following a restructure he became Finance & IT Manager of Ford Component Manufacturing Ltd and project managed the implementation of the new MRP system. During this time he also managed Supply Chain and Purchasing functions. He was then promoted to Group Finance Director, where he was responsible for Finance, Payroll, IT, and HR. Chris was appointed Group Managing Director in 2013 and has focussed on a strategy of improving performance to customers in order for Ford to become the strategic partner of choice.
