Ford Engineering Group has the ability to source and manage supplier’s needs, providing a range of specialist products and services which include: raw material, tooling, pressing or stamping, fabrication, machining, heat treatment, surface treatments, testing, and complete component supply to drawing.

We provide a wide range of presswork and have the ability to carry out simple punching and blanking of washers, spacers, gaskets, core plugs and similar products, through to more complex precision shim and gasket designs.

Our Machining capabilities allow for us to produce precision milled and turned bushes, pins, brackets, barrels, dampers, housings and bolts, as well as complex prismatic components.

Our capabilities incorporate a combination of both manual and automated machinery, allowing for the production of very small batches through to large production runs to suit the industry we supply.

We are able to undertake high volume production runs down to the smallest of batches using Single Operation, Progression or Transfer tooling – all at very competitive prices.

We are proud to be approved to the industry standard ISO9001:2008 and AS EN 9100 rev C (also known as AS9100) and are working towards being TS16949 in the near future.
