Ford Aerospace Celebrates Prestigious Platinum Status of The 5% Club

Ford Aerospace has achieved Platinum accredited membership status as part of The 5% Club’s highly respected 2025–26 Employer Audit Scheme.

With 16 percent of its workforce in ‘earn and learn’ roles, this prestigious award celebrates Ford Aerospace’s ongoing commitment to nurturing talent through opportunities such as apprenticeships and graduate internship programmes which empower its people to grow, learn, and thrive.
